Zed Candy was established from a green fields site in Dublin in 1999. The company – then owned by Brendan Roantree and Donal Kavanagh manufactured and marketed children’s confectionary to be enjoyed throughout the world. Since initiation the company has grown from strength to strength acquiring new brands and businesses.

Today – Zed Candy is one of the large scale bubble gum manufacturers in the world –boasting 45 years expertise in the development and production of a wide range of traditional sweets and toffees as well as children’s confectionary. Currently the group has two manufacturing sites in Ireland, one in the UK, two in China with a new facility coming on stream in China in the near future.

Zed Candy has a wide range on internationally recognised brands in its portfolio – with Mr. Freeze, Jawbreaker, Fizz Bombs and Emerald among them. The group also manufactures for a wide range of confectionary for internationally recognised retailers and producers under own label brands.
