Q. How much time does it take to receive my candy order?
A. It takes us about two business days for us to process and pack your order. Once ready for shipment, the amount of time it takes to ship the order depends on your destination. For orders to Ireland, please allow a further 24 hours to receive your order and for orders in the UK and Europe, please allow a further three to seven working days for your order to be delivered.

Q. I have a deadline - can you rush my candy order?
A. Our friendly staff is happy to help. Please email us at customerservice@zedcandy.com and we'll see if we can make special arrangements. We can't guarantee on-time arrivals but we can give it our best effort.

Q. What happens if my order contains unavailable items?
A. If your order contains unavailable items, we will notify you by email
about your order. You may wish to either substitute the
unavailable item with something else or wait for it to be available
before we ship your order.

Q. How much does it cost to ship my candy?
A. Shipping costs mainly depend on your location and also the size of
your order. Zed Candy use Fastway Couriers for deliveries within
Ireland & N.Ireland and
An Post Postal Service for deliveries to all other destinations. The
cost of shipping for your order is automatically calculated at check
out.

Q. Is ordering from www.zedcandycom safe and secure?
A. The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area
(“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff
may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the
provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take
all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. For
privacy purposes, all information relating to our customers is stored on a secure server that is not accessible via the Internet.
All orders are placed through a secure portion of our website that uses industry standard security measures known as SSL
(secure socket layer) 128 encryption. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to
access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a
password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to
protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your
own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent
unauthorised access.

Q. I'm hesitant to reveal my email address. You won't SPAM me will you?
A. We also respect your personal information. We only use your email
address if we need to contact you with a question or concern about
your candy order or if you wish to receive our special offers by
email.

Q. I received my order but it is wrong. What steps do I take from here?
A. First, double check your invoice to see if we made a mistake. We
honor our errors and will both send you your correct order and
reimburse your shipping costs if the mistake was an error on our
part. Please check our returns page for information about sending
it back. Also, give us a call so that we can expect the returned
order and promptly replace it.

Q. Where can I find out about allergen information, nutritional information & ingredients?
A. All of the allergen and nutritional information is available on our
website. If you are looking for a list of ingredients for any of our
items, please email us as customerservice@zedcandy.com and we
will send you all the details.

Q. Why do I need to give you a phone number?
A. Don't worry about getting telemarketing type calls based on your
transaction with us. We only use your phone number in the event
that we can't reach you via email regarding your order. For
example, we might have a problem with your order that needs to
be clarified – perhaps the flavor wasn't specified or the shipping
address is invalid. We will try emailing you first but if that doesn't
work, we'll give you a call. Other than order-related issues, we
don't use your personal information for any other purpose.
