Shipping Information

Zed Candy endeavor to process orders within 24-48 hours of order placement. Please note that our staff cannot process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Irish bank holidays, so orders placed during weekend periods will be processed as a matter of urgency on the next working day.

Once your order is processed, the shipping time to your door depends on your location and carrier used.

Orders to Ireland
Orders shipped within Ireland are sent via Fastway couriers and delivery will be made within 24 hours of dispatch from our warehouse. It is Fastway Couriers’ policy to request a contact number on every domestic parcel. This enables the driver to make contact. The driver can get directions as to where to leave the parcel if there is nobody home. This may be with a neighbour or even in a local shop. Otherwise, the driver will leave a calling card with his name, contact number, and the time he is in the area every day. The onus is then on the customer to conctact the driver. Fastway will hold a parcel for a maximum of five days. If you have any special requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to meet them.


Orders to UK/ Europe
Orders shipped to the UK and Europe are sent via An Post Postal Service, please allow a further 3 to 7 days for your order to be delivered.

Shipping Costs
These vary depending on your destination.

For orders shipped to England we have a special offer shipping price of just £3.75/€5.30* for all orders up to 30kgs. (*some area restrictions may apply)

For orders shipped within Ireland, (including Northern Ireland) we have a special offer rate of £2.80/€4.00 for all orders up to 30kg.
