Zed Candy endeavor to process orders within 24-48 hours of order placement. Please note that our staff cannot process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays, so orders placed during weekend periods will be processed as a matter of urgency on the next working day.

Once your order is processed, the shipping time to your door depends on your location and carrier used.

Orders to UK/ Ireland/ Europe
Orders shipped to the UK, Ireland and Europe are sent via Parcelforce couriers, please allow a further 4 working days for your order to be delivered. It is a Parcelforce couriers' policy to request a contact number on every domestic parcel. This enables the driver to make contact. Parcelforce will attempt to redeliver twice. You also have the option of collecting the parcel or having it left at your local post office. Details on doing this are provided on the redelivery card that will be left trhough your door in the event that you are not home to receive the parcel.

Shipping Costs
These vary depending on your destination.

For orders shipped to England we have a special offer shipping price of just £3.75/€5.30* for all orders up to 30kgs. (*some area restrictions may apply)

For orders shipped within Ireland, (including Northern Ireland) we have a special offer rate of £2.80/€4.00 for all orders up to 30kg.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated for you when you select your destination in our checkout.
